This led CWPT to become the brand it deserved, generating new leads, increasing brand recognition, and resulting in nearly $25 Million worth of listings sold.
The Beginning
To start, we needed to understand the CWPT brand. Through a series of conversations with CEO Carol Wolfe and her team, AM’s Creative Director, Jerzy Carranza, distilled the CWPT brand into several key attributes.
These attributes served as our North Star—informing the creative, positioning the CWPT brand, and helping form the visual identity that would permeate the company's marketing materials.

With the creative foundation set, our team began curating a unique visual style that embodied Carol’s high standard of luxury. Collaborating alongside local filmmakers and photographers, we developed a bespoke look for CWPT’s marketing materials.
